She learned the trade of mixing under her father’s leadership. “Joe Willis,†as he is affectionately known, taught her everything he knows including; great customer service, delivering superior products, paying attention to every detail and knowing your client. Under Carmaleita’s guidance, the Lyght House Cocktails team continues to grow in both leadership and experience. From bartenders to servers and other hospitality staff, Lyght House Cocktails can supply all of your event needs. It has grown so much so that even her husband knows it inside and out. In fact, he was the inspiration behind the company name and brand design.
