Our vision is to create a nation where nonprofit organizations have the resources they need to change lives. We do through consulting, training, assessment, coaching, and facilitation services in the areas of board governance, leadership development, and operations. We work with nonprofit boards of directors, chief executive officers and their staff, individual citizens who serve or aspire to serve on a nonprofit board, and businesses who support nonprofit organizations through staff who volunteer as board members. We strive to ensure everyone understands how to apply sector best practices to create sustainable organizations that make an impact in their communities. We use research-backed methodologies and assessments, and innovative technology and resources including expertly designed tools to equip our clients as we work alongside them to develop roadmaps to success. Focus areas include strategic planning, succession planning, effective communication, culture & dynamics, policies and procedures, board performance, leadership behaviors, board-staff partnership and more.
